Richard Bowley co-founded Stafford and is involved in relationship management, strategy formulation and investment evaluation.

Previously Richard was CEO of Pantheon Ventures, a leader in the private equity fund of funds and a pioneer of the private equity fund secondary business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG in London and has a BSc Honours in Chemistry (Exeter University). Richard is based in London, UK.

Vince Cao is Stafford's Finance Director and Compliance Officer, involved in monitoring of internal manager controls, regulatory compliance and structuring investments.

Vince was previously with Ernst and Young. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor degree in business (University of Technology, Sydney). Vince is based in London, UK.

Tom Goodrich is involved in relationship management, investment sourcing, due diligence and negotiation.

Tom was previously with Global Forest Partners, an international timberland investment manager following roles in the investment banking industry. He qualified as a Chartered Financial Analyst, has a Masters in Business Administration (University of Michigan) and Bachelor degree in science (Lehigh University). Tom is based in New Hampshire, USA

Geoff Norman co-founded Stafford and is involved in relationship management, strategy formulation and investment evaluation.

Previously Geoff co-founded two investment management businesses - Pantheon in Asia and Quay Partners in Australia.

He holds Bachelor degrees in law and finance, and a Masters degree in Management from MIT (Sloan Fellow). Geoff is based in Sydney, Australia.

Daan Oranje is involved in relationship management, investment sourcing, due diligence, negotiation and research.

Daan was previously with URS as a senior consultant specialising in timberland appraisals and environmental audits. He holds a Bachelor degree in forestry with honours (University of Melbourne) and a Graduate Diploma in applied finance (FINSIA). Daan is based in Sydney, Australia.

Stephen is an Investment Manager and is involved in relationship management, investment due diligence, negotiation and monitoring.

Stephen was previously with Willmott Forests as Forest Business Manager involved in sourcing and negotiating new business, and timberland investment modelling. Prior to this, he was with URS as a senior consultant specialising in plantation management, timberland appraisals and due diligence.

Jane Traylen is Stafford's Finance Manager, responsible for the operation of Stafford funds including cash management, reporting and administration.

Jane was previously in charge of the finance function at a financial services firm and prior to this she trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in a medium sized accountancy firm, both based in London. Jane is based in London, UK.

Alessandra is Stafford's Finance Assistant and is involved in accounting and business support.

Alessandra is a recent post graduate, having completed a finance internship. She holds a Bachelor degree in economics and management and is studying towards the Chartered Accountant qualification. Alessandra is based in London, UK.
